Nice shot Jonathan.    Looks like Paddock Hill bend to me, looking down on Druids.

It was indeed Paddock.  Taken from the top of the grandstand where I made myself unpopular with everyone by plonking a tripod in the middle of the main walkway .  I would have preferred to get the bend in but there was a flood (practically the only light on the course) which caused massive flare

No worries Alan - next time

BTW racing cars in the dark is a lot more dangerous than it sounds.  I think the official count was 4 cars that failed to negotiate Paddock (yeah the FIRST bend) on the first racing lap........
