Here's a updated version of the DPP tutorials (version 3.2)  Requires Apple Quicktime to be installed.

Canon Digital Photo Professional 3.2 Tutorial Site

As well as viewing these tutorials online, you can also download each section to your computer.

I seem to use DPP all the time now, and rarely use anything else.  Unless of course I need to straighten something, as there's still no tool for this.  I find it quick and easy to resize my pics for the web with this too.
