Just shows you that it's all in the comp! I mean, how often have you seen grained (whether intentional or unintentional) that just plain ordinary don't work because of the dire comp?!

TFS, but I did get irritated by someone's idea of cropping in close being good and having a widescreen aspect to all the shots - they were obviously composed @ 3:2 so why not show them like that?  Picture editors, don't ya just love 'em........ not!

Strange how the addition of music adds to what are already extremely atmospheric images. Look at them with the sound off and you get a different feeling altogether.
Beatles or no, they're the sort of images any B+W worker would be proud of.
