Christening help

I'm going to my great nephew's christening tomorrow and was wondering which lenses to bring. My nephew asked me to do the photos so I want them to have some quality as opposed to simple point and shoot types. Should I stay with the primes (35mm, 50mm, 85mm all at f/1.8 ) or take my Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 and a 70-300mm. Or should I just take the Nikon 18-200mm on its own for convenience. I fancy being brave and just taking the primes bearing in mind that alot of the shots will probably be close and of a potraiture nature. I know its a bit late but this is the only time I've had to sit down and think about it.

You only need the 85mm F1.8.

Siggy 18 - 50 will do everything you need.  Pack that and whatever primes you feel like.

Personally out of those I'd leave the 85 at home.

I did one the other week, took 50 1.8 (i thought for the pub afterwards where it would be dark), 24-70 (for the outside shots) , 70-200.

Only really used the 50 and 24-70

I was brave and took the 50mm f/1.8 and 35mm f/1.8 primes. I used the 35mm mostly and was very pleased with the results. I forgot just how great a lens the 50mm is. Nick
