Help needed

I have just up my grandson an account on my pc. I want to have the option at start up to display users either by their icon image or via a drop down box. I have tried all ways to do this without any joy. Including classic view and xp view
I have tried all options via the admin account, but I get the error message -
"client services for netware has diabled the welcome screen amd fast user switching. Please uninstall client netware "

I have looked in services and admin but no option shows to uninstall this, only disable (which I tried )

Any ideas fellas ??
