Tree size equivalent for Mac?

One of the niftiest bits of software I had with windows was Tree Size.  It shows the files in a folder and the space they are taking up.  One of the great advantages was that it was the only way that I could see the content of recycle bins on USB sticks and empty them.  Is there a mac equivalent?  I have 286 MB of stuff on a 16 GB stick and according to "Get Info" I have only 3GB left.  Or maybe there's a way to see all the files through Finder?  I have to say, this migration process is taking a lot longer than expected, but I am getting there!
