HELP with doing poll please

Just found that I have to go away with work tomorrow and will not be able to pick up doing the poll for the circles comp until Wednesday or possibly very late Tuesday night (depending what time I get back)

Would anybody else be able to pick this up for me to keep it on the normal timescales?
