OK, having finally caught up with myself, i think it is fair to say that i owe a huge thanks to all who voted for me.

Now time to think of a theme for this coming week, whilst i also give some serious thought to Magazine Cover comp - such a good theme...

Great job Andrew - a winner from the very outset.

I went to look at our new bridge across the Dordogne to see if that would make a decent subject. Alas no. It's a jolly clever bit of engineering, being effectively cantilevered at only one end, but it's not photogenic; at least not while being constructed. The Millau bridge was a bit too far, although I am determined to get some pictures of it one day.
