Title: Flickr to block / remove blurry and out of focus shots

Oh no - bang goes half my collection on there. But how will they know when they are artistically blurred if it is just using algorhythms?

Blur filters will be removed from software programmes at the same time, and panning will be punished with a community order: picking up digital rubbish.

Yes - was hoping it would run a little longer on here as it was outed first thing on Facebook
