Do any of you have any experience using Samyang Lenses. Recently they have released a number of Lenses such as this: http://www.samyang.pl/product,76,category,5,samyang_14mm_f28_if_ed_mc_aspherical

Look interesting. Seem to be only manual focus though which is strange.

When I first saw that 14mm I was intrigued as the only other 14mm f2.8 lens I know of is the Pentax one and I wondered if they have anything in common eg optical design etc. I also saw an 85mm f/1.4 which is also another Pentax classic size.

On the other hand they also make dodgy looking 650-1300mm f8-16 lenses...

Curious about their 650-1300 lens.
Look at the sample shot of the moon and it doesn't really sell the lens.
Looks as though they've acquired the production line for some old Pentax lenses and developed adapters so they can be used with any camera.
Still not sure about that 650-1300 lens though! And painted 'white and black'! Cheap marketing gimmick for an aspiring lens manufacturer.
