Trying to stay off Christmas until we have to. guessing the one after this will be a two week festive themed  comp. This week something I`ve been meaning to try again as not done for ages- panning . Take a picture of a moving subject whilst moving the camera so that you blur the background to show movement. Shutter speed and handling of your camera are crucial here.

Pictures to be taken by Sunday 18th December, but if you are struggling this week one from your archive is fine.


Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23:59 Monday 19th  December 2022.
Poll will be up Tuesday 20th December 2022.

Winner to be announced Saturday 26th December 2022.

(if for any reason there is a problem and no subject is posted by the winner by Monday night admin will advise second place winner to post the topic asap, do the poll etc

I'd like to say it's my speciality - but the restrictions on motorsport has made any practice recently pretty scant and its something I for one, have to warm up into. I do have plenty of archive shots if nothing turns up this week.
