I've  put in an entry for Blue called Blue Skies but finding it impossible to put into the entry thread on my phone. If someone could put it in the entry thread for me it would help make up the numbers. Thanks.

Thanks Anglefire. back safely now after a stressful week on holiday with a pending pre- release covid test when all 4 of us travelling managed to get a cold to worry us even more! Our 2 day PCR test will show whether the lateral flow test needed to get home was worth it`s salt as I still feel full of cold. Pretty sure that is all it is though as or this covid malarkey is all overplayed!

Trouble with Covid is that it is mild in most cases - friend of mines wife was in hospital with it for 10days and he nearly ended up inside too - but there are some where it's not. And as there are a lot of cases, that 1 or2% or whatever it is, becomes significant!

Based on the way that the Government and Scientists are pushing for the booster, I'm going to say they are seriously worried - not particularly for you and me per-se, but for the wilder implications on the NHS and the economy.

And a good entry this week, so I was worried about nothing!

The 2 day return test works pretty well with Randox. Seems it is a cold that I have as they have confirmed  a negative test for covid. That would come as welcome news for the woman sat in front of me on the plane who , every time I had a cough with my cold, took out her safety card and wafted it in front of her face repeatedly whilst glaring at me. Seems that is the effective way to bat away covid  :2funny:

Glad to hear you are normal Paul.

Remember, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck. If it feels like a cold, and looks like a cold, it's probably the most deadly pandemic disease eva. At least according to our governments anyway.

Our little family of 3 has now done 9 tests in the last 10 days, just so we can go home on Saturday. I for one have more than had enough of this bull excrement.

As I know there are many people who take several tests if they get one positive, just to to be sure you understand, and the government counts a positive test as a case I wonder by what percentage the actual number of cases is overstated? As an aside, Covid deaths* down 17% week on week this morning. We're being played.

*But I take all govt. data these days with a very large pinch of salt.
