I went on a walkabout in Leeds and got lots of nice other shots but no apt signs. This guitar shop one made me smile ( are you guilty of any of those H?) but I think my early entry is the one from the Cinque Terre. It pre-dated the current Brexit debacle but has some relevance to where we are I feel and is a bit of common sense in these blustering colonial days we seem to have fallen into in the UK.

Talking to the guy in the shop he says it`s from the heart and he`s gently thrown out 2 young lads this week for failing to comply. He`s great fun. I remember years ago doing a model shoot in the Corn Exchange Leeds where he is and he loaned me 2 of his best guitars to shoot out of his sight in and around the building with no deposits, no signatures - nothing. Too trusting and glad he is still in business.
Unless I get time , see another this will be my entry from my archives.

Not guilty of playing any songs in music shops, but audiences do like SHA, in moderation. I would probably add anything by Ed Sheeran to the list . .
Still "confined to barracks" following the appendectomy, but feeling pretty good and getting stir crazy. And it's pouring rain today anyway. So I shot this just in case I don't get the opportunity to take a better entry.

I hoped it would show the rain on the window but it doesn't though the reflections of the flowers are visible.

Nooooo! I like Ed Sheeran. Seen him twice. Love watching him build the sound with his loops. certainly knows how to market his stuff now - new guitar business on top of everything else. not bad for someone described as "Just a busker" .

Simon
Hope you are up and 100% again soon.
I know exactly what I want to get, but circumstances have been conspiring against me this week. Gone out three times with the intention of getting the shot(s) and had to pivot (to use a start up tech cliché) every time and ended up with something more pressing to deal with.
Sorry to hear that Simon. Hope things improve fast.
Me, I just got a heavy cold. :'(
Hope you're doing well Simon. God speed.
I'm struggling with this one. Been thinking lots but achieving nothing.

Last week, before the latest snub from the EU commission (Siemens/Alstom merger being blocked) support for Frexit had reached more than 40% . .
What amazed me was that someone took the time to design and print the sticker before, putting it on the EU sign. The EU sign is quite small, about the size of a A4 sheet. I voted to remain.
