Had a nice afternoon with plenty to photograph, displays at regular intervals during the day. Lots of birds of prey as well as a few owls. £20 entry to the owl sanctuary for a family ticket which without the displays would have seemed a bit expensive as its not a huge place.
Its at Stonham barns near Stowmarket in Suffolk, there are also some shops, golf, fishing lakes & tea room there as well.

I went to the Hawk conservancy near Andover, which is much the same thing and was a really good day out, again with the flying displays and such. It was £10 entry fee there (I was on my own) but no golf or other activities except a shop.
Bones, thanks for the link. Didn't even know that place existed until now..
Might give it a look one day, it's only just over the water from us in Sunny Essex.

The Hawk Conservancy (http://www.hawk-conservancy.org/) is an excellent day out. I've been a couple of times now and invested in membership. There is a Flickr group (http://www.flickr.com/groups/hawkconservancy/) for them as well
