This is the CHAT thread!!!
Theme for this week is Masculinity. Anything that relates to manly behaviour. Look it up, I know what I mean, but to put it in words is hard. It is perhaps easier to put it in a picture. Fast cars? beer drinking in a shed? Suit yourself.
Pictures to be taken preferably between now and Sunday 23rd October 2016, 23:59, or enter one from your Personal / Camera Cranium Archives if you prefer. Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23:59pm Monday 24th October 2016. Poll will be up Tuesday 25th October 2016.
Winner to be announced Saturday 29th October 2016.
The Rules for the weekly competition are...
By entering you agree to take responsibility to
Post a topic on the Sunday (or sooner) following your declared win
Create an entries thread
Create a chat thread
Create a poll for that weeks comp and declare the winner on the Saturday
(if for any reason there is a problem and no subject is posted by the winner by Monday night admin will advise second place winner to post the topic asap, do the poll etc)
In case of a tie, the first entry posted (or earliest archive shot if applicable) wins.
On the scroll bar at the top I saw "Masculinity Weekly"..........thought it was a new magazine haha. I like this one.
This will be tricky for me as I am a gender neutral pan sexual photographer.

By admitting you are gender neutral, you also admit you know there are differences between genders. And being pan sexual, will not close your eyes to the differences either.
If you're really lost, you can use a dictionary, to find out how masculinity is normally interpreted, and what you are supposed to photograph for this competition.
I would have thought, your love of vintage automobiles, is, in general, seen as a masculine trait.
Hope this helps? ;)

I'm sure H knows how I meant it!
You're all violating my safe space. I have decided to self identify as a giant rabbit.

Quite a change, from a gender neutral pan sexual photographer. Not sure how to handle this.

Would that be a BUCK or a DOE???
I've changed my mind about the rabbit identity. The food was boring :)
Thought I'd better give this a bump, or it will disappear forever.
While I remembered, I put my entry in. Haven't had time to take one especially, so it is a relatively old one.
I'm in with my very masculine "Chain Male."
He was very chivalrous too, making sure I was not hurt in the fighting. Made taking photographs difficult though, so I settled for a picture of my protector instead.

I am often more at ease with words, than with a camera!
Isn't it (possibly) interesting that the first three entries here are all monochrome?
Mine is an oldie, it's been a busy week :)
Mines also an oldie as due to illness, heavy cold and touch of flu, I didn't go out until Saturday. ???
