You'll have to find a good leaf where you are at the moment, then. Where is it? Somewhere hot, judging by the palm trees. Cannot judge from your photo, whether it is arid heat, with a few palm trees thrown in for show, or somewhere more tropical. If the latter, you should be spoilt for choice, both for shapes and colours. Good luck.

Where do you think I got the idea? :)
Haven't really got anything to say, so I shouldn't be here. But then again, no one is saying anything at all, at the moment, so a little bleat from me, simply to make the front page look slightly different, might not go amiss.
After a few grey and wet days, today the sun is out, so great for photography, but I went furniture hunting. Without success. Browsing second hand shops at the moment, to find some nice, small, older stuff, but there is not much around. The fact that university has started again, may have something to do with it.
Shot some leaves in the sunshine, but they're very cliché; I did take a photo yesterday though, that might do the trick. Not had time yet, to have a good look at it.
I've got my idea. Maybe it'll work, maybe it won't.

Well, that's a start, I suppose.
Anyone else any ideas? Or anything?
I wouldn't worry yet - most folk might wait till the weekend to go out for autumn shots.. Meantime I've started the ball rolling.

I'm not worried about (lack of) entries; they'll normally show up closer to the deadline. It's the fact that nothing much is happening at all, that worries me. A bit.
Got man flue Reinardina and been off work the last 2 days but i will get out and get a pic before the deadline.
Cacti leaves, i thought that with evolution they all had spines now?
Cacti generally have spines, which are highly modified leaves, but only a fuel burner has a flue . . . :D
Sorry Jeff - couldn't resist it :-[

Lost me on that comment😟
I get it. Your fevered brain added an 'e' to your man flu.
Some nice autumnal coloured leaves so far.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ok, got it now.
Visitors throughout the week and I have not had much chance at all to seek an interesting shot for this week.
Some quite wonderful entries this week. I've voted, but it wasn't by any means an easy decision.
