I have taken the liberty in updating IOTW and will change it if anyone is unhappy with my action.
Image is now live on front page, or you can view the image in the gallery should you wish to make a comment etc.

The guidelines state, that if someone is not available to choose the next IOTW, you, or any of the other global moderators can make a choice.
I cannot imagine anyone having problems with this.
It does go to show, yet again, that, ideally, only images of active members should be chosen.
