Bit quiet here. Any love for this topic? Or are people just away on summer hols?
I'm off for a weekend away so will be looking for patterns along the way...
Rather busy these days, but when I have my camera with me, I keep a look out for patterns while I go along. Have a few possibles already.
Buried doing my accounts just now. As soon as I surface with a camera I`ll try and get one.

Accounts normally show all sorts of patterns!

They're not always the patterns you want.
I broke my pattern this year having just finished them :). Seems I have to pay them something this year after getting decent tax refunds for my first 2 years. I doubt if it is enough to stop them classifying me as a hobbyist though. I`m aiming to stop doing weddings and the like from next March and have already turned down two weddings in 2015. They were easy to refuse as lower end in lousy venues - just hoping a belter doesn`t come up to make it difficult. I predict a loss this year by the time I get a Nikon service carried out on a few bits of gear before I start shooting just for me.
Got a bit too many patterns, as all of a sudden, I seemed surrounded by them.
Decisions, decisions.
As usual I set a theme that I didn't have any ideas for. Luckily I found something I was happy with without having to venture further than my back deck. My model was a lot more cooperative than my kids are when I try to take their pictures!

My 'kid' (27) flatly refuses to be photographed by mum.

ooooo, who to vote for? hard this week.
Poll's now up. Hopefully I've done it right, it's been a while! :)
I agree DD, lots of good choices this week. Always very satisfying to set a theme that ends up with a decent turnout and some creative interpretations.

All depends. Do you vote for a picture of an existing pattern or a picture that makes a pattern? :-\
