This week's theme is WATER.
This theme is open to interpretation. Water comes in different states so think outside the box. It is something that we are fortunate enough to use everyday, so keep the camera at the ready.
No restrictions on Post Processing.
Pictures to be taken between posting time on Saturday 19th July 2014 to 23:59 Sunday 27th July 2014.
Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23.59pm Monday 28st July 2014.
Poll will be up Tuesday 29th July 2014.
Winner to be announced Saturday 3rd August 2014.

Create a chat thread
Create a poll for that weeks comp and declare the winner on the Saturday
(if for any reason there is a problem and no subject is posted by the winner by Monday night admin will advise second place winner to post the topic asap, do the poll etc.)
In case of a tie, the first entry posted wins.

Im thinking of something arty to do that will double up for my website. Been out this morning (feet soaking off dew) for my 'Space' shot. This is my second trip out so Im sure i can find a decent shot to use.
Went for my more risky abstract one as I had a little fun doing it. using my fine spray mist on my hosepipe in the sunny back garden

Jinky, impressive! I have no camera now till Saturday. Son has borrowed it and I feel like I have lost part of me. The arty image i wanted may not now materialise.

Plenty of other opportunities today - it's peeing down, just for the passage of the Tour De France (which I am avoiding like the plague) through our little provincial town. Still, at least they've resurfaced a few of the roundabouts so that the lycra primadonnas don't get sore botties from all the potholes.
I think this is going to be my entry this week. The pond was quite shaded so had to up the ISO as it was taken hand held.

I set this theme thinking that I'd get loads of suitable photos. I've taken loads but nothing really stands out. In a first for me, the one I may use I took with my iPhone. Will have a look tomorrow.
Its not always easy, when you yourself have set the theme! Hope you have an entry.

Didn't realise it was missing till after I posted the poll. Have now added it. Some people have already voted, but, to be honest, I think there will be a clear winner again, and it is not a shot with 'horizontal water,' or droplets, if you get my drift. Or should this be flow?
