With such a low number of entries, we cannot leave out one of the main contenders! (in my opinion.)

I have not voted yet, and hope others will not either. Sent Jen a PM and hope she, or one of the moderators, will correct it soon.

So sorry Jinky, I was so excited to have actually put the poll together that I missed this one altogether, although I do like the colors.

Lets say that if I win (ha ha) it's all over to you as I will be disqualified for my actions!!

Have voted, I was surprised to not an entry from Abers - this is his 'usual' area of excellence.

Still getting hung up on the importing, reviewing and culling of some 30k+ images taken in the 5D2 era. Down to under 20k

No thanks spikeyjen - your call if you hold off the challenge from Reinardina- there was no harm done.

Voting has closed and it's ME again!
thank you to those who voted, I am very very chuffed.

My vote went to Jeff, I really liked the depth of field and the expression on his face. However I did like your first title better ('are they talking about me'). Nice conversion to a B&W too.
Second for me was Reinardina, great subject, great colors, great expression, but the background was just a bit too bright for me and clashed for my attention.

New theme for the coming week will go up shortly.

Congratulations Jen. Great candid that got my vote.

And thank you to those who voted for my 'peacock.'

Sorry it's late, but well done Jen, had yours picked virtually as soon as you entered, though Reinardina gave you a close run for your money, for me. I knew I would be a nillie as I left it too late and didn't really get time to take a good selection of images, or 'get out there' in the community.

Anyone (like Reinardina) who asks people if they can take their photo, deserves a pat on the back from me.

I hope, this week, to at least pull a vote!

Well done everyone.
