Canon 7D Version 2 firmware is now available from http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/cameras/slr_cameras/eos_7d/#DriversAndSoftware. when I looked on the UK site it wasn't available as yet. I'm in the process of charging my camera batteries, so will be a while before I can install it.
