CS5: Window, Workspace, Output will allow printing to a PDF

What's the file extension?

You should be able to open that with Photoshop. Right click and open with or just load PS and browse to it.

Use Acrobat. Or just about any word processor or DTP. Import it and print it.

Yup, PS should open a PDF. Failing that, Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader - freely available (and often pre-installed on systems)

Use this free PDF converter: http://en.pdf24.org/

I'm surprised you haven't got Adobe's PDF reader, as it's installed on most PCs by default. If you have the lastest version of Word, then that should be able to open a PDF file.  ;D
