A little Artistic processing, hopefully emphasising the atmosphere of the scene.

Lightly watercoloured - looks gentle. The sea doesn't seem much changed for some reason.

Playing with the Serif software Howard, to see what works so to speak.
The sea with its tide is almost a constant, while the light dances across the more static elements and the cloth caught in a light breeze.
I was trying to evoke an 'inviting air' to the image, rather than the usual detailing as in a reportage or album shot; hope it works.
