How can I quote several posts in one go?

Start by clicking the first post you wish to quote, like I have just done.  Type your reply if you need to.

Then move your mouse cursor down to where you want to next quote to appear, and click.  If you then scroll the page down you'll see the other messages below, they all have a "Insert Quote" button to the right of them.  Click the one you want, and it'll be added to the post.  Reply again if needed, and repeat as required.   Sounds complicated, but it's really easy once you get the hang of it.

You can always test this, just use the preview post button.
