What's your opinion?

A few of the shots (the first one, David Frost and Ra-ra skirt OK Ya) in the article stood out, and the rest did not quite gel for me; but then I guess that is part and parcel, as we all have different ideas and taste.

The shots shown here are not the best of his work in my (very humble) judgement after looking at his website there seem much more accomplished work on there. It seems these are out of the book and maybe the bits of text with each shot makes them stronger - I remember  Abers saying that if you need to explain the shot, is it as good as it could be! I would want to leaf through it before I bought it to see if it is!

I've tried this 'shooting from the hip' approach several times and all I've ended up
with are some pictures that look like they've been shot by some demented short-arse
that doesn't know one end of a camera from another! ???
Like some of his work and it goes to prove a bit of blur can be effective!

I think they are pretty rubbish.

Agree with the comments that they look more like the 60s than the 80s and that it seems the photographer knows the picture editor ;)

Favourite was the out of focus snogging one.  Spycatcher one could be nice if there were any clues that it was France.
