Had the following link emailed to me and thought it may be of interest to some here

Wow. Great photos.
Some really powerful and emotive ones in there. Thanks for sharing.
May the Force be with you.

Some stunning images there.

It's a little strange seeing B+W turned into colour, when it's the complete opposite these days.

There is a preset in L/Room which allows a somewhat similar picture to be reproduced. Under colour presets in the develope mode it's called Aged Photo. With a little bit of jiggery pokerry you can get quite close to the images displayed.

Some really good photos but I'm not sure they are as powerful in colour. Thanks for posting, really interesting to look at though.

Definitely interesting. Some look too modern in my opinion, as if they were shot recently. I think that, on the whole, I prefer the original shots.

Did anyone spot how modern the boy in the slum area looks? With his faded ripped jeans?

And very well done.

I have just been doing the opposite: trying to make my entry for the competition look vintage, to 'go' with the stuff in the picture.

It registered when I looked at the pictures, but had slipped my mind by the time I read your comment. Must be my age!  :(
