I would like to nominate this for Inspiring Image of the week.

Mandela was an inspirational man who inspired and helped countless people. A hand offering help .

Thanks for that Jediboy. One of the few shots with my manual helios lens that I`ve liked. Loads of shots of this statue - mainly in colour showing both arms outstretched but I though B&W and focusing on one hand showed him reaching out to all. He came to Leeds to rededicate  the Mandela Gardens featuring that statue in 2001. I couldn`t go unfortunately.
