LOW LIGHT

This is the CHAT THREAD

I have noticed that with the nights drawing in I am spending more and more time in the dark, hence LOW LIGHT for the competition this week.

Interpret and edit how you wish, night time, low light indoors/outdoors, whatever you like.  No holds barred on the PP.

Pictures to be taken between now and Sunday 24th November 2019
Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23:59 Monday 25th November 2019.
Poll will be up Tuesday 26th November 2019.

Winner to be announced Saturday 30th November 2019
The Rules for the weekly competition are...

By entering you agree to take responsibility to

Post a topic on the Sunday (or sooner) following your declared win
Create an entries thread
Create a chat thread
Create a poll for that weeks comp and declare the winner on the Saturday
(if for any reason there is a problem and no subject is posted by the winner by Monday night admin will advise second place winner to post the topic asap, do the poll etc)

In case of a tie, the first entry posted wins.
May the Force be with you.

I had a bit of a disaster yesterday evening when I went out to get my photo. I set up in low light next to a lake and ended up dropping my lens hood in the lake. I waded in to get it but it put a real dampener (excuse the pun) on my evening. Hence an archive photo from me this week.
May the Force be with you.

I was going to photograph the German Christmas market in Birmingham on Saturday night but it didn't stop raining and the same Sunday. Flipping weather! Had to use one from the Fireworks and Bonfire display on the 1st of November instead.  :(

Sorry, I've been mentally busy at work for the last couple of weeks and stopping away in London.

No need to apologise Mark, I think we can all relate to that.
