Again, actually yesterday! Went for a 60 mile bike ride (60 for 60 birthday!) with some buddies yesterday and followed it up with a curry for everyone and families - about 14 in total.

Again, yesterday - did a 70mile ride massive climb (for me!) just short of half way round - Edge Hill near Banbury - peaked at 22% - the road sign said 16% which would be the average.

Weather was good though and was great fun!

Was actually Friday - but time seems to disappear these days!

Did a 100mile bike ride - was a charity ride for Alzheimer's arranged by Mondelez to and from Bournville. I was pretty much last back - but was staying with a couple of others who I caught up with after helping someone else with a mechanical issue.
