Was leafing through a cooking magazine my wife gets. At the back of the mag were the portraits of 10 of the contributing chefs/cooks. Out of the 10 it was half men, half women. What struck me, was that of the 5 women, 4 had their heads slightly tilted. The 5th was straight on as were all the men. Is this some preferred pose?
And more, much more than this, I did it my way

Did you mean tilted, or rotated? As in "this is my best side"?

I say tilted, one was both tilted and rotated.
