Trusted 2nd Hand Camera Shops

Can anyone recommend a trusted second hand camera shop that I can watch for a D90 becoming available?

Someone that'll offer a warrantee of some description etc? Good service? Possibly but not essential in the north of England?

Also any idea on how much I should expect to pay?

I'd doubt you'll see a D90 second-hand for at least a year. Many second-hand cameras don't carry a warrantee but I wouldn't let that put you off. Mifsuds give good services, and in my case even phoned me up to see if I was happy with my second-hand purchase. Just checked and they don't have a D90 listed second-hand.

A quick look on ebay seems to indicate the current sale price around £500 - cameraworld have refurbs with a six month warranty

Their descriptions are very spot on, infact they definitely err on the overcautious side.

I`ve also dealt with Park Cameras, I bought a 100-400 from them and was very pleased with it.

Unfortunately neither are in the north though.

Don't think I'll have the cash by the time you want to sell but if you drop me a line when you are ready it may be a speedy resolution for you... I would be happy with body only if you want to keep the lens!
