My more minor claims include a mention in the Lancet for being one of the earliest Rhesus baby survivors, being on Radio Nottingham when my mate and I had Peter Powell stunt kites and we were battling (no one had steerable kites 'til then - though it was only because my mate's sister was going out with the Radio's reporter!), pic of me on p. 5 of the Daily Mirror and having the same name as a certain well known cyclist (of which I'd be proud if he wasn't such a total tw4t!)
