In my opinion it needs a little increase in contrast  (a standard S curve does the trick), also I find the out of focus lines running through the image a little distracting as they give the appearance the image is tilted and a few degrees rotation would help matters without the gull appearing not straight. :)

And now I have to post one it seems..did you forget Sue.  :)

I had not spotted this rolling critique when setting up the First Impression and Second Opinion thread where there is no obligation to submit a photogragh when posting a comment.

In my opinion the sky reflected in the car's bumper appears less dramatic and not quite in balance with the darker sky (seen in direct view over the car); nice overall effect though and interesting angle in composition Paul.
