As the weather is so grey and dismal here with colours muted or non-existent I thought I`d make this weeks theme Anything in Mono. Any subject at all as long as it is in black and white. No excuse for us all not  to have a go

The weather has been rather challenging here this week, either cold, cold and dull, or cold and raining. Today added high winds to the mix. Still, I went to the market this morning and took a few shots while I was there. I am entering this one of a maple leaf:



and I also did one of some old posters stuck to the cupboard of an electricity sub transformer:



The workflow of both: Lightroom, Photoshop (with luminosity mask in the case of the maple leaf), Topaz B&W effects for the conversion to mono and finally On1 2018 for the border effect.

My Toy photography has started with the arrival of some Star Wars figures. Not what I had planned but here is Stormtrooper.
