Our little bit of snow is melting today.  The temperature is above 0 and the sun is shining a little bit right now.   We are supposed to hit 6C today, but only -4C tomorrow.   Tuesday will be -14C for the high.

Our snow is melting as well Don  :-\ No sunshine  :'( just cloud and mist which makes it harder to find a bit of gleam or sparkle  :(

Sarasocke

Just been given a 30odd year old Canon EF with three lenses. Actually it's a donation for our animal charity - we have a flea market next Saturday.
NO WAY is it being sold at a flea market.
There's still a film in it, no idea how long it's been there. I'll take the rest of the snaps and get them developed.

If anything, then Ebay, but I may not want to part with it ...  ::)

WELL HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO CC MEMBERS.....I HOPE THIS FINDS YOU ALL WELL AND YOU'RE NOT SHIVERING TOO MUCH

Well haven't been around for ages so sorry for that but the reasons are many....2012 was a bit of weird year for us my brother in law died in July literally got back off my 2 weeks hols and had mutliple messages from my "sister" in Ireland (she's not my real sister but we were best best friends growing up and she was the daughter my parents didn't have) and so had a funeral to go to, then in October their daughter got married so that was a sad/happy occassion as she had no dad to walk her down the aisle... My mother has been diagnosed with early stage alzheimers and despite the drugs she's on is definately getting worse....my best mate who has an 8 yr old son and 3 year old twins has been diagnosed with osteo arthiritis and a crumbling spine and he's only 43...and my wife and I have now started the adoption process...I've had a medical for it which went well the doc has said I am fit and healthy to care for children which is good, we have our interview with the psychologist tomorrow hopefully it will show that I am not an axe wielding maniac  ;) and we then start the workshops in March all being well (this is just the first step of a loooooong road).....and so my photography has suffered over the last year or so I am still at camera club though but struggling for stuff to put into comps at present..So to all who do know me this is why I haven't been around much but I hope to be back on more often now because I have missed all you guys and gals so a belated HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL and may it be a Prosperous one full of fantastic photo opportunities.

Good to see you back Keith.

Hope the adoption process goes well, and that you don't have to fit into all sorts of politically correct 'boxes.'
Good luck!
