Hi Helen, and welcome to CC.   

Not sure what you need to know about the gallery, but here's some basic instructions to get you started.  If possible try to keep it to around 5 images a day, that way other peoples images will still get noticed in the recent uploads.


To Create your own gallery, follow the steps below.

1:  Click the Gallery link
2:  Click "Create/Order my albums" link near the top of page.
3:  Click "New" and give a name for your album
4:  Click the "Apply Modifications" button. 

That's your first album done. Just repeat the above to create more album in your gallery.

To Add images to your new album,

1:  Click the "Upload File"link at the top of the page.
2:  Click one of the browse buttons, and navigate to the image on your computer. (Images around 800 to 900 pixels seem to fit nicely).
3:  Click continue / continue.
4: Select your Album from the drop down box, and fill in the rest of the boxes.
5:  Click continue / continue.

That's it done.
