Email hacked?

I've just had a text message saying "I believe your email has been hacked, squire." it came from 'phone number 447722663346.
I don't recognize the number (Google tells me its a UK mobile.)
I don't know anyone who would call me "Squire".
I don't know anyone who would send me a message like that and not identify themselves.

Should I;
                 a) Delete and ignore it.
                 b) Leave the country and get a job as a lavatory attendant in Madrid.

                             Graham. ???

No chance of a lavatory attendant job in Spain due to 26% unemployment.  :'(

Very peculiar and suspicious.

Is your email working as normal?

Have you contacted your provider? (Phone and internet?)

If I were you, I'd ring that number from a public phone box, and see if you can find out more.

Sounds very suspicious to me. My email was hacked a while back and friends were pretty quick to tell me, so it may be worth checking with some friends to see if they've received any suspicious emails from you. That's what happened to me.
This sounds like some sort of scam.
May the Force be with you.

Thanks for the replies. No plans to 'phone the number, certainly not from a 'phone that can be traced back to me.
I think I'll give my provider a call.
               Cheers folks.

I think its spam - just delete it, there are better jobs in the world than cleaning toilets in Spain
