Best or  Favourite Picture from your Travels

OK - as this gap was the result of H going on his travels and we have fewer days than usual to complete the task this one is based purely on archive material - unless you happen to be on holiday right now and can supply a shot. Let us see your favourite photograph from one of your trips / holidays. Anything at all to get the numbers up and show us our breadth of travel experience - whether in your own country or abroad.

Pictures to be either from your archive or from your current trip.
Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23:59 Monday 30th September 2019.
Poll will be up Tuesday 1st October 2019.

Winner to be announced Saturday 5th October 2019

The first thing I have to say is that I will not be able to post the poll for this competition on 1st October as I will be en route on my next trip somewhere near Lake Garda before taking in Venice and then a cruise.This I won`t be around until the 13th / 14th October from 1st.

Mostly it involved sitting in traffic jams. But at least we got daughter settled in to Uni.

Oh dear.. at least she`s settled.

Well my favourite trip overall I guess was Cuba with India a close second. Thought this one summed up the colour, sights and contradictions of Cuba with the guy on the bike seeming to be looking on and aspiring towards his next purchase
