We put our house on the market this week with a local estate agent. They came round to take some pictures to go on their website and Rightmove.
They were shocking, I mean, they were really bad pictures. They had taken the shots directly into the light coming through the windows so most of the picture was washed out.
Luckily for us, I had already been round the house and taken a load of shots for a website that I put together to help sell the house - http://www.stockportcounty.net/house
I used a JavaScript app called imageflow and integrated it with highside light box on the home page to show some of the pictures. Imageflow is pretty impressive!
The main gallery on the site uses SimpleViewer.
I sent the estate agent some of the pictures and asked them to change their site. I think they were a little offended!
