ERWITTICISMS

[ABERS]

A 'made up' word that resulted from a discussion with a friend after looking at several images of people, places and things and deciding that there should be a name for pictures that fitted into the genre of Elliott Erwitt. This resulted in searching through my catalogues to see how many images would loosely approach such a description. With the opportunity to enter a book of such images into a competition I decided to take the plunge and Blurb them and add a gallery of Erwitticisms to my web site.

I had already entered the word in my blog and when Googling it I was surprised that it only registered one record of the word, that of mine!
