Your picture should show something that spoils the view or ruins a previously comfortable situation.

Rules:

Pictures to be taken between 00.01am Monday 09th to Sunday 15th November.
Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23.59pm Monday 16th November.
Poll will be up Tuesday 17th November until 23.59pm Friday 20th November.
Winner to be announced Saturday 21st (winner should post the new topic no later than 23.59 Sunday 22th November).


The Rules for the weekly competition are...

By entering you agree to take responsibility to
post a topic on the Sunday following your declared win
create an entries thread
create a chat thread
create a poll for that weeks comp and declare the winner on the Saturday
(if for any reason there is a problem and no subject is posted by the winner by Monday night admin will advise second place winner to post the topic asap, do the poll etc)

In case of a tie, the first entry posted wins.

Poll to be created Tuesday to run till Friday, winner declared Saturday

Editing limits to be specified by the person choosing the competition subject, if nothing is mentioned then there is no limit to editing allowed.

I've been looking for a Range Rover for days (IMHO the ugliest, most stupid and utterly pointless means of personal transport ever devised  ), but it looks like most of the Brits have gone home now: there are very few French registered tanks about the place, and most of them seem to be Toyotas.

Looks like I might have to choose something else.

I have a Land rover    considering the huge percentage of the LR vehicles still on the road since manufacture, the overall carbon footprint is massively lower than your throw away euro boxes

What do you have against 4x4's anyway ?   sure the chelsea tractor thing is stupid, but overall that makes up a tiny percentage of the vehicles used around the world.

Personely I say live and let live, if someone wants a tank, how is it for someone else to dictate what they should or should not have!

And the whole 4x4 destroying the planet is complete rubbish, just take into account the larger normal cars, many with worse emmisions than 4x4's, older cars with horendous emissions, plus cars in general make up a tiny percentage of the global problems, cows alone produce massively larger co2 emissions than cars and dont get me started on industry lol

wasn't sure which one to go for for,
both shots are of the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool being hidden by newer buildings
i think this building is the Customs office


and this one is the Echo Arena, it host pop concerts and wot-not, just had the MTV AWARDS.
