When I first joined, I read a discussion somewhere, about the 'risk' of flooding the running banner (is that what's it called?) if you upload large numbers of pictures in one go.
I cannot remember how many was recommended as acceptable. I upload batches of five or six, but sometimes have more I want to add, so advice would be welcome.
There's no real limit to how many a day, but I would suggest you, upload a few, so you don't knock all the others off the front page block, then when yours have disappeared upload a couple more, and so on. Just try to mix them in a bit.
Just a matter of being polite to others really, there's no hard fast rules. ;)
