Simple

Setting of today for the Yorkshire Moors. One night in Glaisdale (Beggars Bridge) and one night in Robin Hood's Bay. This time I should be able to come up with a picture.

On holiday we abhor resorts. We like traditional Spanish villages, quaint country cottages and local fayre. This was taken one sunny afternoon when we had stopped in a local bar for a beer and a nibble after a walk. Bread (pan), cheese (queso) and a beer (cervesa) with green olives (aceitunas) rounded off the afternoon perfectly.

ABERS

A simple but engaging holiday activity, catching crabs.

I actually said to my better half when we were at Egton show I knew somebody living around here. I will be back later, because we loved certain areas. I think we are planning to go to Chopgate and stay in the pub there ran by a German fellow. Allegedly he has German Beer and German food in the restaurant. Not a big lover of either, but it is certainly different! Will let you know next time more in advance.

I was at Egton show as well with wifey and grandson. Only took a handful of snaps.  You had good weather for your visit and the heather out in full bloom for you.
