Don't know if this is right category, or if it should be in one of the new ones.
Andrew and Irv have already started loading up a few photos, hopefully we'll get a few from Del too! Might it be an idea to have an album in the galleries, what do you think?

Anyway, despite the rain it was a good day out and it was great to see a couple of the guys again.

This one was taken on the first of many tube rides, don't ask me where we were, I just followed those who knew where we were going.  :D

Irv.

I've only just started processing and sorting out, so I hope the others will help fill the thread :)

Okay, so no-one else took any photos ....  ::)

This was at the beinning of Portobello Road, I was impressed with the colour matching.

Legs eleven!

It was throwing it down with rain and I was soaked, so I decided to go to the place we'd arranged to meet at for lunch. I sat outside and whiled away the time taking photos of my bottle of water.

And got some weird looks ...

It was such grotty weather we decided to visit a couple of markets which had a roof  ;)

Smithfields
Hopefully not real ...

Where did you get that 'at!?

and Leadenhall, wonderfully restored

More later ... Andrew, Irv and Del - where are your photos!?

  Nice set.
Particulally taken with the matching door and blossom, and the first
water bottle Aqua Panna and lady walking past with a brolly!

And yes, where's the rest?....You could'nt all have left your lens caps on!
Build a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day.

Don't know where the others have got to ...

Anyhoo :)

Leadenhall again-

Irv just HAD to get that shot. Good job no-one was around.

And that's the shot. His is no doubt better than mine, as I WASN'T lying flat on my back  :D Mine's got the corners chopped off, but a lovely ceiling nevertheless.

A last one of London

and a dream of Summer to come.

Some great shots there. Now i seem to have a more reliable internet access, and have finished getting pics ready for Uni Application presentation, i can set about catching up past the obvious ones i have already posted.

But what have i got that is not the same?  ???

Sarasocke

Well we weren't together all the time in Portobello Road Andrew. You didn't snap water bottles too did you?  :D

Irv - what was the camera?

OK, first of mine...
What were they looking at?

Next...

A drop of Chris Seary style street photography. One great street photographer, shame you only ever see his stuff on Flickr  :'(
Processed for that 70's style mono print.

And last but not least...

Portobello Road Market. The marquee style roof certainly worked well with the viaduct to create an interesting abstract.
Definitely needed mono.
