I know you can't beat them there are just too many, so why not join them? Buy yourself  an (expensive!!) Dutch city bike.

Could get a bike (actually have one...) and use it, but the need to take kid to child minder, then take other child to school (usually accompanied by her friend), then head to work, then doing the same in the evening - the logistics get horribly complicated and problematic.

Besides it's sunnyside up down with rain in an almost perpetual manner, the wind is usually blowing a force 12 gale into your face....maybe in the summer when the kids are older and hopefully riding their own bikes.

In the meantime, I'd just be happy if the cyclists stayed on their cycle paths and didn't decide they also needed to use the road without light or reflective clothing.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I have a dozen raw files taken with my Panasonic Z8 on my hard drive.
They show as winamp files.
Only software which opens them is Irfanview. Never had this before and its puzzling the hell out of me.
Checked the cam and its set to raw, so Ive not had the wrong settings selected.
Even tried a cuople of Raw progs from Micks link to feebies but no joy.
Anyone had this before or something similar?

Have the file extensions been altered somehow? I have a vague recollection from a computer forensics course I took several years ago that a program not only reads the extension but the first block of the file has data embedded in it that tells the program what it needs to do to process the file. If either part is altered or damaged the file can't be read.
And more, much more than this, I did it my way
