Please Reinardina. If you use an old shot upload it into the CC meet up /Internationsal competitions folder anew so that I can see it on the front page preferable. I`ve had to screenshot uour image and uplaod it myself again and not sure it shows off your piucture to the best. When you`re rushing to do the poll before going out it needs to be easily accessible. I did it myself for H a few weeks back so know it`s easily done but 2 weeks in a row! :D No doubt there is an easy way to find it but I cannot.

Poll is open folks

Hinfrance

I found it!

I had to search for it under its file name which starts 'orchids . . .'

So I'm just going to edit the poll to put the Re version onto the list.

Reinardina

I won't use an old image again.

And yes, my file names can be way off the mark, as I name a series of pictures after the main subject, but often shoot a few unrelated images in the same batch. Changing the title to suit the competition, won't help either I suppose.

I`m useless at using the search facility on here. I can never find anything but tbh didn`t even try the file name  :uglystupid2:.
Thanks for your help though H

You're not the only one Paul, I usually can't find anything either :)

If you use an old image on here then it should be easy to fine in user galleries. When I've had problems before I've look in the user galleries and found it no problem. The only one to defeat me was one linked to another site on the web. So, Reinardina please use old images.

I couldn`t even find out how to get to a users gallery.Easy enough when people have a link in their signature but where are they otherwise. Searching for a member doesn`t highlight their gallery anywhere for me.

Oldboy

If you go onto the Gallery front page, under Category select User Galleries, then just page through until you see the users gallery. Click on their name and their page opens. At the top of the page is a picture list of their album. Just select the one you want. You may need to search all the albums to find the image you want.

Great win H - got my vote. Funnily enough I was looking for a similar shot of a cyclist rushing through Bruges Christmas market scene but my filing system let me down. One thing that struck me about a number of entries this week was how tightly cropped they were including yours but with the movement going on always likely I guess.

Hinfrance

Thanks for all the votes. A decent collection of varying interpretations this week. Will have to get thinking cap on.

I cropped mine simply because there was a nose of a yellow cab not far from the back wheel of the whizzing pedalist, and it rather drew the eye.
