Oh dear.... Due to other commitments and weather I only got one, very short, opportunity this week to visit a tree I had in mind, only to find the missing branch which has really spoilt its looks. I didn't notice the pigeon at the top till it was on the PC.

(It's straight off the camera by the way, not even cropped, just resized for uploading.)

Weather has not been good this week - Cubase has been a very steep learning curve, dare I say nightmare as it isn't doing what it says on the tin, not by a long way.

The main problem I have had with this challenge is that there are no trees around here that are billy no mates - believe me I have kept an eagle eye out for a Kodak tree for years and never seen one. So, in the end I have gone for the fallen tree at the bottom of our garden:

The Glade

Again as a subject it did not float my boat but i have managed to come up with this, found the subject quite hard and to find that perfect tree was even harder.

A different view. Won't sell many postcards with this! Well there is a tree in it!

I think you could be very wrong about the postcards. I find it exceedingly difficult, to find a decent/good postcard, that is not chocolate boxy or 'funny.'
