Never dealt with them myself because of the very mixed reviews they always had but now they are no more. Hope no-one on here has any orders in with them :(

Only ever bought from them once - a lens for someone else, which they had at a really low price. They made great play of their 'live stock' showing on each item, so you knew how many they had before ordering. The item I purchased showed a good stock level so I ordered for next day - nothing came - emailed and eventually got a response saying they had no stock...er, you were showing a high 'live stock' level.....reply...we'll have some more in a week - no apology. They'd taken the money of course, unlike good retailers who tend to take it when they have the goods. I think a check of most photo forums would find they were a pretty unhelpful company all round. In a competitive market a company should really be into customer care for both repeat business and recommendations.
