A lot of photos at the moment are rain dominated, but even if you wouldn't think it, it is spring. So, my thoughts duly turned to love. (At least, I read recently that thoughts 'automatically' turn to love in spring.)
So this week's brief is 'Love.' Interpret it as widely as you wish, including lust if you wish to photograph the 'rape on the duckpond.'

Hmmm I thought I entered a comment here, after I uploaded my entry. Must have forgotten to press the 'post' button. That's age for you, I suppose.
Any way, I went to town on Tuesday, looking for love. Yeah, I know, a risky business, but the things you do for love ... photography, I mean.
I wasn't sure what I hoped to find, till I saw these two. It was love at first sight: I was totally bowled over by the interaction of these two beings!
I'm in with this:

That's exactly what attracted my attention!
I may not get enough time this week, as the glorious sunny weather dictates to get building work finished and a window fitted well before the rain sets in again. To shattered tonight, and I just hope I have not over done it today as I need a steady hand for tomorrows toil :-\
After whisking the camera out to catch a Swallowtail butterfly - This quick snap of a Starling launching itself off the chimney seemed to fit the brief as in providing ;)

Got a lame entry for you Re - spent too long trying to fix my mower so I was otherwise distracted. Might crop it later . . .
Sorry no entry from me, I just ran out of weekend way too quickly :(

You disappoint me H! Couldn't you have done a selfie of you and your mower, along the lines of 'no love lost' or whatever the expression is?
Or if you have a special relationship with your mower or gardening, something about eternal love?
Haven't seen your entry yet, maybe it's not so lame as you think.
Edit. Just saw your entry and it is not as lame, as I expected it to be! Red roses and love go together as ... You can fill that in yourself, as my mind's suddenly gone blank.
OOps did I post in the entries thread by mistake? Sorry...Can it be moved to here? When does the entries have to be in by, when is voting up/closed and when is the new theme announced?
DD it says at the top all the deadlines you're asking about lol
