As I recall, GR was an obnoxious blowhard, while Stan was a vile xenophobic racist.  >:(

Here are the details from Jonathan's web site.
By all accounts, just being nominated is an achievement, let alone actually winning. So, let's hope he also makes the final furlong...

Is that the same magazine where we all voted!

I was going to post good luck to him, then it struck me, he doesn't need luck he's got a natural gift for photography.  :)

That's partly true - but he's also worked very very hard and taken some big risks - IIRC with no client in site he spent BMW money on some kit.

Big congrats to both Tim and JR always full of helpful advice as well.

Stan & GR no great loss, worse thing was that both Alan Ingham and KeithT left DCM because of those two (more Stan than GR to be fair)

Shame they both didn't come over here to be honest.  I see Keith has returned to PR, but what happened to Alan, anyone seen him about?

ABERS

I stand to be corrected but I think Alan posts under the mane of Forsetti on PR.

Mick

Alan, that'll be the same Forseti we have on here then.  :-[   I've got so many websites and user names going around in my head I get confused.  :uglystupid2:
